As a seasoned creative design leader with 20+ years of experience, I have a proven record of aligning design with organizational goals and developing industry-leading products and experiences. I specialize in creating marketable products that enhance brand energy and customer loyalty for lifestyle brands. I excel in developing recognizable design languages, franchise technologies, next-level user experiences, and future-proofing a product's lifecycle. My expertise includes building agile, cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration. I am a contributing leader who participates in all phases of design as a way to mentor, inspire, and challenge best-in-class output. Sketching and concept validation are my second languages, and I love to present exciting concepts to sales and marketing teams. There’s nothing more satisfying than selling products people are proud to own and use, having retailers calling for more, and seeing team members shine knowing they were a part of it.

PERSONAL

I am a motorcycle enthusiast to the max! I’ve been riding since I was a kid on both dirt and street. I am inspired by art, fashion, and music, and I enjoy watching leaders in those industries do cool things. I see the design in everything and literally want to design one of everything. I have a wife and two daughters, all of whom are creatives and creators.
